Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases of nuts, seeds, black pepper, cloves, and honey products sold by our company.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for food items and 5 days for perishable items like honey.
  • Products must show proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery by the customer.
  • Natural variations in color, flavor, or texture in honey, spices, and seeds are not considered defects.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support at ac.yksales@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review the request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.
  3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging and include the RAN.
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided by Customer Support. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a company error.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Partial refunds may apply for products that are returned opened or partially used.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
